We are a digital solution that enables change in vulnerable communities through microlearning, supported by economic incentives.
We believe that social mobility is achieved not only through educational inputs but must be accompanied by conditional transfers, so the recipient has additional financial resources to meet their particular needs.
Who are we?
educON is a company that facilitates money transfers and other economic resources to users of our web/app solutions as a reward for educating themselves, acquiring knowledge, or performing voluntary actions in their community.
We create digital solutions that link online education, microlearning, and the registration of voluntary actions with the transfer of economic resources.
Who is our solution aimed at?
Our clients are companies, organizations, institutions, or governments that need to transfer resources to people who meet a predetermined criterion, for example, being an adult woman from a specific locality, or being a person in a vulnerable condition.
Our clients need the transfer to be conditional on the acquisition of specific, useful knowledge for the recipients, for example, learning to separate solid waste or learning to maintain a garden.
The transfers could also be conditioned on carrying out voluntary actions that benefit the community, such as participating in a park clean-up campaign.
How do we do it?
Educon specializes in integrating the registration and management of learning, community action, and transfers, in applications operated on mobile phones used by the recipients of the transfers. At the same time, and with the same solution, we provide auditable accounting and digital records for our clients.
We assist social mobility by combining education and social action with conditional transfers. Users of our web/app solutions receive economic resources to meet their particular needs while improving their training in various areas or supporting their community with specific actions.
